FREE every Tuesday Tai Chi for better balance

Excellent introduction to tai chi and qigong. Explore basic tai chi stretching, qigong breathing and stance training to increase balance, flexibility and strength.
We'll meet every tuesdays when weather permits outdoor, if cold or raining we'll be indoor at the lobby from main enterance.

Ages 18+. Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is the art and science of using posture, exercise, breathing, and concentration to enhance your health. Qigong promotes relaxation, mental concentration, health and fitness. Instructor: Suman Barkhas.
