WE are inviting you for National Yoga Month Fest.on Sat. Sept.17. 2011 at River Rd Center 1400 Lake Dr.

Saturday, September 17, 9a-4p • $5 and 2 non perishable food items
Variety of classes and teachers. Stay for the day or a class. Stretch, strengthen, relax, learn something new. No experience necessary!

Donations help Yoga Farm Spiritual Sanctuary of Holistic Healing Institute (holistichealinginstitite.org). Schedule of classes and activities at the Park Office. Call to register 541-688-4052

Every hour we'll have deferent yoga teachers teaching:                 
10:00-10:45am Morning Yoga and Meditation with suman
11:00-11:45am Beginning Yoga 

12:00-1:00pm Yoga health practices discussion        

1:00-1:45pm Hatha flow with Lada
2:00-3:00 Family Yoga with Anita
3:00-4:00pm Circle of Love Kiirtan and Meditation with Suman and Jiivadhara.

• Yoga mats provided or bring your own
• Wear clothes you can easily move in

In 2010 Holistic Healing Institute Yoga Day raised over $3000 for Haiti disaster.
