Hello, my name is Emily Newbury and I became interested in holistic healing more than ten years ago after seeing friends and family suffer from many common ailments that I believe can be treated and prevented by the power of whole body and mind healing.
Like many people I started doing Yoga at a local health club and quickly became aware of it’s powers of rejuvenation. From that point on I became submersed in mediation, Tai Chi and Quigong.
I believe that these practices can change your lives just like they changed mine. After a short time practicing yoga you’ll begin to feel your strength and flexibility increases dramatically. Though mediation you will gain perspective and patience that we often find lacking in today’s fast paced world and mentally demanding jobs.
